Good luck to Adam Nelson in his quest for the gold at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing. Widely regarded as one of the greatest shot-putters in U.S. history, Adam, who was recently profiled on National Public Things Considered, is the only American track and field athlete to win a medal at every major outdoor championship since 2000, including Olympic silver medals in Sydney in 2000 and Athens in 2004.
Adam and his wife, Laci, are expecting their first child in September, and Adam is enrolled in business school at the University of Virginia.
Jennifer Pollina Echlov reported that Nicole Scaramelli married Ryan Araujo in Boston on June 30, 2007. Several Dartmouth alums were in attendance, including Jess Hughes, Julie Vacek, Ryan '99 and Amy '96 (Harman) Burkart, Greg '96 and Sonia '96 (Novoa) Frantz, Hilary (Kaiser) Grove and Russell Echlov. Nicole is an attorney in the legal department of Fidelity Investments and Ryan is an equity trader at Fidelity.

Ryan deFord, wife Anya and son Nicky also live in New York. Ryan is an attorney at O'Melveny & Myers.
Alix (Baseman) Aguilera and husband Will bought their first house in Newton, Massachusetts. Their new baby Harry has the best eyebrows of all time, according to Natasha (Lam) O'Rourke
Natasha and her husband Matthew got married in Newport, Rhode Island, in September in a raucous event that involved a pots and pans band, a carousel and an impromptu shirtless guest performance of "Pour Some Sugar On Me." Natasha is a copywriter for ad agency Draftfcb and she and Matthew live in Brooklyn. She still occasionally plays beer pong and regularly gets schooled by Misong Kim.
Scott Armstrong lives in San Francisco and has worked at Barclays Global Investors for the past five years.
As for '97s living overseas, Andrew Zdrahal and his wife, Cecile, have a 2-year-old son James and have been in Paris for three years, where Andrew is an attorney at Clifford Chance.
Nina (Nho) Shaw and her husband, Chris, have spent the last nine years in London. Nina recently completed a masters degree in art history and now works in the impressionist and modern department at Christies.
Jeanne (Dilorio) Altberger and her husband, Brad, also live in London and regularly travel around the world. Jeanne can frequently be spotted driving on the wrong side of the road as she learns to operate a stick-shift.
Jess Hughes travels between London and Boston and works at Beacon Capital Partners. She and Jeanne, who live down the street from one another, can often be found at the Kensington Whole Foods, their newest obsession.
