PALAEOPITUS EXPLAINS CHINNING RULES

The functions and position of Palaeopitus in College were explained to the freshmen in a mass meeting called on the first day of the year. The rules governing fraternity pledging for the year 1913-1914, the faculty court formed to try violations of the rules, and the penalties likely to follow any infringement were also explained in full to the freshmen. Chinning day comes February 1, 1914.
