E. R. Cate represents the Westinghouse, Church, Kerr Co., in Pittsburgh, Pa. His office is in the Union Bank Building.

Charles H. Hoyt in June, 1911, received the degree of LL.B. from the National University Law School.

C. T. Miller has been placed in charge of the New England office of N. W. Ayer & Son, the largest advertising agency in this country. Since his connection with this company, his promotion has been rapid, his present position being one of the best in the company's service. His address is 111 Devonshire St., Boston.

Walter P. Rankin in June, 1912, was commissioned second lieutenant and battalion quartermaster of the Coast Artillery Corps, M. V. M.

F. W. Jenkins is now librarian of the New York School of Philanthropy, which is conducted by the Charity Organization Society of the City of New York and is affiliated with Columbia University. His address is the United Charities Building, 105 East Twenty-Second St., New York.
