Mr. and Mrs. Samuel F. Wadhams of Duluth, Minn., are noted in Episcopal church papers as the donors of some valuable books to the parish library of St. Paul's church in that city.

Jarvis Richards has lately established a business of negotiating loans upon improved lands in Colorado, under the name of the Bijou Ranch Company, with offices in Denver. He has been engaged in business connected with ranches and farms in that county since 1888. William B. Tebbetts of Denver, of the same class, is attorney for the corporation.
