"PARIS, July 26. — Charles M. Ashton, Jr., of Philadelphia, a Dartmouth student, who is a volunteer driver in the American Field Service and who was wounded while on service on July 15, is cited in orders today for his conduct in proceeding to advance positions under violent bombardment to search for wounded soldiers.
