The engagement is announced of Hubert Edward Johnson to Miss Margaret Eleanor Steer of Albany, N. Y., a graduate of Cornell University in 1919.
' Charles S. Mills, for two years instructor in Robert College, Constantinople, has been appointed for next year assistant registrar of the college, with the expectation of becoming full registrar a year later.
