FELLOWSHIPS IN INTERNATIONAL LAW

Announcement has been made of fellowships in international law to be awarded for the next academic year by the Division of International Law of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. The fellowships which have a value of' $750 will be awarded only to graduate students holding the equivalent of a bachelor's degree but special fellowships of the value of $1,000 may be awarded to teachers in international law or related subjects. A knowledge •of the elements of international law and of history is desirable as well as ability to use two modern languages. Five fellowships are ordinarily awarded each year. Application, which will be received up to April 15, 1923, may be made to the Committee on International Law Fellowships, 2 Jackson Place, Washington, D. C.
