FREIDMAN '25 WILL CAPTAIN VARSITY FIVE NEXT SEASON

K. Friedman '25 of Reading, Pa., center of this year's basketball team, has been elected captain of the 1924 five by the letter men on this year's squad to succeed A. V. Goldstein '25, who has left college.

Friedman is a graduate of the Reading, Pa., High School. He played center on the 1925 freshman team and this year was chosen by the basketball coaches of the Intercollegiate League at center on the second 1923 AllLeague quintet. He is a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity.
