On Saturday, May 3, at 8.30 P. M., C. C. Forsaith, '13, called together a number of Dartmouth men located in Syracuse and vicinity. The following men were present: C. C. Forsaith '13 R. P. Prichard '07 C. L. Bundy '23 C. F. Fraser '14 P. H. Winchester '99 E. D. Towler '17

An organization was formed called the Dartmouth Club of Syracuse. The purpose of the club is to promote the interests of Dartmouth College, its alumni and students in this section, and carry on such organization work as is considered important for the welfare of the College.

It was voted that monthly luncheons should be held the second 'Monday every month at 12.30 P. M., preferably at the Syracuse University Club. May 12 was selected for the first of these luncheons.

It was also decided to have a social meeting once a month if possible in the evening, with ladies present and that the schedule of such meetings should be in the hands of the wives and members. Mrs. Fraser and Mrs. Prichard invited the organization to an outdoor supper at Fayetteville Saturday evening, May 24.

Officers of the association for a term of one year were elected as follows: C. C. Forsaith, President E'. D. Towler, Secretary-Treasurer.
