G. T. MURPHY '24 AWARDED ARCHIBALD ATHLETIC PRIZE

G. T. Murphy '24, of Manchester, N. H., was awarded the Kenneth Archibald Athletic Prize of $5O, established by the gift of Mrs. Andrew W. Archibald of Newton Center, Mass., and given to the member of the graduating class who is, in the judgment of the Athletic Council, the best all-around athlete, regard also being placed on moral worth and scholastic standing.

Murphy was a member of his freshman football, baseball and track teams. He played varsity football as fullback, was a weight man on the varsity track team, and was on the baseball squad. Murphy is a member of the Casque and Gauntlet Senior Society and the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity.
