Professor Fletcher Harper Swift of the College of Education, University of Minnesota, delivered an address on "Inequalities in Taxation" before the Department of Rural Education of the Nashville Educational Association at its meeting February 23 in Cincinnati. Professor Swift recently addressed the New Jersey League of Women Voters and the lowa State Teachers Educational Association on "Problems of Public School Finance." He is spending the present year as visiting professor of education at Columbia University, and is also giving a course of lectures on "School Finance" at the University of Pennsylvania.
