I am like the motto of College "Vox Clamantis in Deserto." I cry out, but no answering shout reaches my ears. Can't some of you adopt the motto and act accordingly?

By a grapevine contact, I have learned that Eckstorm is still maintaining his youthful spirit, is in good health and very active.

Fred Lord is now, in spirit, soaring through space in a bomber. He has become a grandfather. A son was born to his son and wife, December 20, 1958. Name, Stephen Frederic Lord. The family name."Lord" is now protected.

Fred attended a Christmas dinner. The host and all five male guests were Dartmouth graduates, beginning with 1896 and continuing to the present decade.

Yours Truly has reached that stage of life when he is the recipient of many presents. I am picking them out. I do draw the checks. But my heirs are the givers, although I do not believe they are aware of their generosity.
