Dartmouth 108½—Holy Cross 26%

Dartmouth track men won 13 first places in the 15 events which were included in the dual meet with Holy Cross staged in Hanover, May 8. Glendenning '28 who was the high point scorer for Dartmouth, also turned in the best performances of the day when he equalled the College record of 10 seconds in the 100 yard dash, and clipped a half second off the 220 yard mark by . running the distance in 21 4-5 seconds. These marks, however, cannot be allowed because of the strong wind which was blowing at the time. Glendenning also took second place in the broad jump with a leap of 21 feet 8 inches. E. M. Wells '28 and J. C. McAvoy '28 were close behind Glendenning in the scoring list, the former winning both hurdle races, and the latter capturing the discuss throw and the shot put.
