Dartmouth's first game of Lacrosse was played in Hanover May 8 when a team which has been practicing daily under Coach Dent stacked up against the junior varsity team of Syracuse. Though trailing but one goal behind, at 5 to 4, at the end of the first half of the game, the Green players were unable to break through the superior passing of the Syracuse combination. Goals were scored for Dartmouth, at the rate of two each, by Benson, G. Johnson, and Hoefle.
