FOREIGN SCHOLARSHIPS OPEN TO U. S. COLLEGE STUDENTS

A number of scholarships are open for American students in French and Czecho- Slovakian universities, as well as 10 positions for American-men and women with the French

government as "postes d'assistant." The Czecho-Slovakian scholarships are offered by the Ministry of Education for the year 1927-28 in Charles University, to be utilized for study in the Technological Sciences. The scholarships are fire in number and have a monetary value equivalent to the cost of room, board, and tuition.

The Franco-American exchange scholarships are offered by the Universities of Bordeaux, Lyons, Strassbourg, Grenoble, Nancy and Paris, and with the exception of the latter two, include board, room and tuition.
