The rotogravure section of the Boston Herald of March 20 contained a photo of Harry Wellman, who was one of the principal speakers of the Frigidaire Convention, held in Boston in March. It also contained two pictures, indicating the kind of attractive landscape gardening of Bremer Pond's. One of the pictures was taken of Dr. Gile's garden in Hanover.
John McLane's mother died in March, and was buried in Mil ford, N. H., on March 16. Harper Blaisdell's father died in Boston, on March 17.
John Howard is building a summer home in Vermont, on the slope of Mount Mansfield.
Walter Andrews went to Cuba for a three weeks' business trip, the last of March.
Norman Cushman, with his wife and son Gardner, spent a week in Washington, during March, seeing the sights thereabouts, including Mount Vernon.
A post-card from Harold Niles, dated March 22, from the Grand Canyon, says : "Sugar Hill, or anything else in my life's experience, pales before this: Had wonderful trip. Florida, Fort Worth, a week in California. From here we go to Denver, then Chicago and home."
The first returns from the reunion committee, received up to April 1, indicates a large reunion. Thirty-six men, twenty-six wives are returning, with eleven probably definitely not able to come.
Harper Blaisdell was re-elected to the board of selectmen of Winchester, Mass., at the annual town meeting.
