The Secretary attended the meeting of the Secretaries Association, on May 6 and 7. The first was a golf session with Heneage, followed by the regular routine. Harry Wellman made a characteristic speech about personnel work. At the chapel service, now held at ten o'clock in the morning, the "sermon" was by Craven Laycock, and the "hymn" was Harry Wellman's "Men of Dartmouth."

The Heneages have purchased the Foster estate, on the Balch Hill Road, west of Hanover, comprising about one hundred and sixtyfive acres. There will be some renovations and improvements, before the Heneages can move into their newly acquired home.

Everyone in the class will be sorry to hear of Dick Southgate's nervous breakdown. It is feared that it is quite serious, but hopes are entertained for his ultimate recovery.

Bill Wyman, who was considerably done up in the winter, was away for something over a month, and is back on the job, much improved in health.

Judge McLane and his family are great hikers. Late in April they had already commenced this year's mountain climbing by ascending Mount Monadnock.

After Fred Luberger receives his S.J.D. degree, at the Harvard Law School, he will proceed, with his wife and three children, to Cedar Rapids, lowa, stopping on the way at Cincinnati to look for a house, as he is to teach in the law school there next year.

John Piper has recently moved into a new house in Concord, N. H. It is just off the road to St. Paul's school, quite near to the Christian Science 'Home, and on the automobile route to Hanover.
