Frederic Corning Sanford of the class of 1929 died at the end of last semester shortly after returning to his home at Nutley, N. J. The death was the result of an automobile accident. Fred was a member of Alpha Chi Rho.

Harold Leslie Hamm '3 of Arlington, Mass., was killed in the early part of the summer on Lake Winnepesaukee while fishing from a boat during a thunder storm. Lightning struck his boat and death was instantaneous. Hal was expected to be a mainstay of the football team this fall and was a member of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity. Charles Leonard Boyce '31, of Oswego, N. Y., died in July as the result of a sail boat capsizing on Lake Michigan.
