Student Convention Delegate
J. W. Wiggin '30 Bedford, N. H., was a delegate to the Republican State Convention at Concord in September. In the New Hampshire primary he was elected to represent his home town and in the gubernatorial nomination contest he served as a chairman of the Bedford "Tobey for Governor" committee. Tobey, a progressive Republican, carried Bedford five to one.
