Information comes that Russell Rhodes '18 has resigned his commission as American Vice Consul at London to accept a position as feature writer for the Hartford Courant. Mr. Rhodes held his consular position continuously since his appointment, October, 1919. At the London consulate he was successively in charge of the immigration, shipping, citizenship, notarial and legal departments. For a time he was private secretary to Consul General Robert P. Skinner, the present American minister at Athens.
