Two Seniors Awarded Foreign Scholarships

R. G. Wallis '28 has been awarded one of the two nation-wide scholarships to study at the University of Krakow in Poland. Each May two fellowships are given to American students on the Kosciuszko Foundation, bearing $l2OO each per year, and good for two years of study at Krakow University. The other man is from the University of Chicago. Wallis will specialize in Armenian civilization and Slavic cultures.

At the same time it was announced that C. J. Hajic '2B had been given a fellowship covering living expenses and tuition at the University of Prague awarded to six men each year by the Institute of International Administration.
