While on a business trip to Boston during the Christmas holidays President Hopkins became ill and has since been confined to his home with a severe and prolonged cold. His physician has stated that his illness has not been influenza although it very nearly approximated that malady. At the time of going to press THE MAGAZINE is happy to state that President Hopkins shows continued improvement and it is expected that he will get out-of-doors shortly. Accompanied by Mrs. Hopkins and daughter, Ann, he will go to Bermuda early in February for a stay of several weeks.
