A new and welcome innovation has arrived in New England for this summer. Assistant football Coach Bob Casciola and former assistant coach at Dartmouth John Anderson will conduct a New England Football Camp for high school students. There will be two two-week sessions, featuring instruction and clinics by Coach Bob Blackman, New Hampshire head coach Jim Root, Boston College head coach Joe Yukica, along with several other top Eastern coaches. This venture should prove very beneficial to New England football at all levels.

Senior Joe Colgan, captain of the past year's sensational basketball team, has been selected by the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship Committee as a recipient of a $lOOO NCAA scholarship for graduate study at the school of his choice. An outstanding scholar, Joe plans to enter Harvard Medical School following graduation this June. Colgan, a physics major from Larchmont, N. Y., has an overall 4.5 average at Dartmouth and was one of five university division players selected nationally for their academic and athletic achievement.

Ken Weinbel, head track coach at Colby College, will join the Dartmouth coaching ranks as assistant track coach under Coach Noyes this September. Replacing Bruce Hescock, who has accepted a position in Yale's track program, Weinbel headed the Colby coaching staff for six years.

Sophomore Geoff Scott, who turned in an outstanding season on the varsity squash team, has been ranked fifth nationally by the U.S. Intercollegiate Squash Association after impressive tournament showings. Scott is one of several players returning next season who will give Coach Kenfield his strongest and best balanced squash squad in many seasons.

Junior freestyle ace Terry Robinson, Rye, N. Y., will captain the swim team next season; while junior Dave Nelson, Milwaukee, Wis., will lead an improved wrestling team.
