High lights in Hanover night life during the past month include "The Queen's Husband," presented by the Players, a concert by the Musical Clubs, an organ recital by Charles Heinroth, and a concert by the Dartmouth Symphony Orchestra.

"The Queen's Husband," Robert Sherwood's play, was presented by the Players as their House Party production. It brought to a close a successful season for the Players, the first season under the direction of Warner Bentley.

House Party guests were given an opportunity to hear Dartmouth's intercollegiate glee club champions in the only home concert of the Musical Clubs of the year, on May 11.

Charles Heinroth, premier concert organist of the United States and one of the outstanding organists of the world, presented the second and concluding organ recital of the season on May 7. Rollins Chapel was well filled. Mr. Heinroth was gracious with repeated encores.

Le Cercle Frangais presented its third and last production of the season, Moliere's "Les Fourberies de Scapin," in the Little Theatre April 26.

The Dartmouth Symphony Orchestra in its only public appearance for the year presented a popular program in Webster Hall May 19. This concert held especial interest from the recent announcement of the coalition of the orchestra with the Hanover Community Chorus under the name of the Hanover Handel Society.
