JUNE 1930

A chorus of fifty faculty members, towns- people and students presented "Robin Hood," operetta of De Koven, under the direction of Prof. Longhurst after weeks of intensive rehearsals. The actors played before a packed hall and lived up to advance expectations. Noteworthy among the cast were Mrs. Marian Polger, Donald Bartlett, J. A. Hamilton, Mrs. Laura Carter and Joe D'Esopo. The staging was unusually good for Hanover, and the acting and singing as a whole were fine.
