"Culture and Education in America" by Harold Ordway Rugg '08, published by Harcourt, will be reviewed in a later issue of the MAGAZINE.

"American Precedence in Australian Federation" by Erling M. Hunt Ph.D. '21 has been published by the Columbia University Press as No. 326 of Studies in History, Economics and Public Law.

Philadelphia, a publication of the Chamber of Commerce of Philadelphia for May, 1931, contains an article "The Purpose of New Foreign Trade Group" by Reginald F. Chutter '16.

The May issue of Birth Control Review contains an article "The Ethics of Parenthood," a section from a forthcoming book "Rational Life" by the late Walter F. Robie '89.
