C. E. Rhetts '31, and J. M. O'Connor '81, Dartmouth's debaters extraordinary (by the way, O'Connor is the same O'Connor whom we would have mentioned in the above paragraphs concerning the Players for stellar performances—that is, if we had been mentioning O'Connors and such-like), have been selected by the National Student Federation of America, which arranges with the British Student Federation to send an American college team to England each year, to go to England for a series of debates with English colleges and universities. Both men have engaged in debates for Dartmouth for the four years they have been here. The program is a stiff one, calling on them to speak at least every other night in their tour about the country. Rhetts will stay over there to continue his studies, but O'Connor will return to take the lead in "Berkeley Square" when it is presented at Commencement— he'd better!
