Alumni Fund

In reporting for the Alumni Fund committee W. J. Minsch '07, chairman, discussed at some length the critical financial situation of the College and its great need for the income from the Fund. He outlined the procedures during the campaign and showed that every effort had been made to make a good showing in spite of adverse conditions. There was general discussion on several phases of his report.

Other business taken up at the meeting included a talk by A. W. Frey '20, business manager of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE, and a discussion of the football ticket problem led by E. K. Loudon '14 brought up the question of conducting Council elections and it was decided that a committee be appointed to report on this matter at the fall meeting. The Council enjoyed the annual dinner at which President Hopkins was the guest and principal speaker. This year the dinner was held Friday evening as a joint meeting with the Board of Trustees.
