Mr. and Mrs. Arthur I. Charron of Wellesley Hills, Mass., spent several weeks this summer traveling in England and on the Continent. On his visit to Paris, Ike was reminded of the postcard sent by Hinman, Logan, and Johnson to President Hopkins, in which we told the world we were fighting to make Hanover a safe place to hold reunions in. Ike sent the Secretary a postcard, and allowed that Paris was a better place for many reasons to hold the 30th reunion in. The matter has been left to the executive committee.

The class is planning to hold its usual Harvard night reunion at the University Club. More later on the round-up.

The class takes this opportunity to thank Ned Robinson for his splendid work as class agent for the Alumni Fund. And, too, the Secretary thanks each member of the class for his support of the fund.

The letters sent out by Robbie were of the type to get responses, and the Secretary got more news of the class through this medium than from any plan yet used to get letters from its members.

The news items in this column the coming year will depend largely upon your response to requests for news from the Secretary.

John W. Favour, son of Rev. Paul G. Favour, is a freshman in the 1936 class. John is the only 1904 son to enter this year.

Secretary, Tifft Brothers, Third Nat'l Bank and Trust Bldg. Springfield, Mass.
