Competing against all other alumni magazines of the country the DARTMOUTH ALUMNI MAGAZINE was awarded first prize by the American Alumni Council at its June convention in Evanston. To Dartmouth went the honors for having incorporated the "best innovation" within its pages during the past year. Particular commendation was given by the judges to the recently added sections "Twenty-Five Years Ago," edited by H. P. Hinman 'lO, and "Hanover Browsing," written monthly by Prof. R. H. Bowen.

Dartmouth Dollars Did It! Funds raised by student organizations and Hanover Rotary Club were used in July to operate a camp for underprivileged city children. Campers and Dartmouth counsellors shown here, at Tom Dent's camp, Enfield, N. H.
