Mr. William A. Hunt '28 is the author of an article "The Meaning of Pleasantness and Unpleasantness" which has been reprinted from the American Journal ofPsychology.

"A Proposed Course in the Theory and Practice of Competitive Athletics" (revised edition) has been prepared in mimeograph form by Professors H. L. Hillman, H. W. Cohn, T. J. Dent, C. L. Gilligan, S. C. Hazelton, and C. M. Tesreau for the Department of Physical Education and Hygiene.

The March issue of the Aberdeen University Review contains an article "An American College" by Professor H. E. B. Speight.

A Geological Map and Summary of the Rush Lake Area, Sudbury Mining Division, Ontario" by Professor Harold M. Bannerman has just been issued by the Geological Survey of Canada. This work pertains to a region little known hitherto in which gold discoveries of great promise have recently been made.

Professor Robert M. Bear is the author of "The Principal as Administrator and Supervisor" which appears in Nation's Schools for April 1933. Professor Bear is also the author of an article "The Conditioning Role of Experience in Student Judgment of Optimum Size of College Classes" which appears in the Journal ofApplied Psychology for December, 1933.

Professor James D. McCallum is the editor of a volume "The College Omnibus" published by Harcourt, New York City. This volume contains selected readings in English literature of the 19th and 20th century for freshman work. These selections are not excerpts but are given in their entirety.
