The class of 1920 in Boston got away for a good start toward the Fifteenth when 31 or more gathered at the University Club October 2d for dinner. High spot of the evening was a report on the football team by Jim Robertson, who had just returned from seeing the team in action at the Norwich game. The meeting was planned under the able leadership of PAUL RICHTER, who has lately been much in the public eye because of his appointment to the executive staff of the Boston Young Men's Christian Union. Previous to this new connection he had served as executive secretary of Boston's NRA committee. Just to show New York that Boston can do pretty well too, we list those present: DICK WELCH, BENNY AYRES, BEN PEARSON, DOC MILLER, KEN AMSDEN, GEORGE PAGE, GEORGE FISKE, GEORGE MOULTON, ART THOMSON, PAUL RICHTER, BILL SULLIVAN, BINGO WHITAKER, JIM ROBERTSON, ART HALE, GEORGE MACOMBER, SCOUT LEE, ART EARLE, ROC ELLIOTT, BUNG ROLAND, BUNNY HARVEY, RAYNOR HUTCHINSON, PHIBBY BENNETT, MUGS MORRILL, RED TILLSON, FRANK DORNEY, CHET WILEY, JOHN CARDEN, SUNNY SUNERGREN, CHARLIE SARGENT, who left before eating to deliver a lecture on military tactics (same old Charlie), MEL MERRITT, two guests and the Secretary.
At one time during the early part of the evening someone counted up to 42, but we feel he must have started around the table a second time. All agreed that the occasion was a great success, and plans have been made for a winter meeting that will include the wives and sweethearts.
By this time you have received the announcement of the year's program and know that EDDIE BOWEN is hard at work 011 the reunion, and have presumably sent Roc a check for your dues and a long story about yourself for the ALUMNI MAGAZINE. If by chance you may have overlooked any of these details, it is not too late.
No matter where Sic SIGLER goes he is always in the laundry business. He has just moved from Leesburg, 'Va., to Washington, where he will help keep New Deal shirts spic and span.

Also among those much in the public eye is our own reunion chairman. New York and Rochester papers carried the announcement of Ed's engagement to Miss Marian Virginia Titter. Miss Titter attended the Bennett School at Millbrook, N. Y., and is a member of the Junior League.
Summer visitors to Hanover interested in art had the privilege of attending an exceptionally fine exhibition of paintings. Twenty men derived an extra measure of pleasure and satisfaction from the excellent paintings because they were the work of our own PAB SAMPLE, whose reputation is already well-established throughout the country. If you have an opportunity to see any of Pab's work, don't pass it up. You will like it even if you do not consider yourself a competent critic.
Because LLOYD YOUNG graduated from Yale after leaving Hanover in the fall of 1916, we haven't heard much about him, but he has evidently been hard at work, because he has just been made general manager of Pond's Extract Co. in New York. He is living in Darien, Conn.
