Class of 1887

A novel, "Hundred Maples," by Elaine Goodale Eastman, was published last Jun. ......Blakey's son Wallace was married to Elizabeth Bramley Barker, June as, 1935, at New Britain, Conn Knight completed his second term as trustee last June. Seven members of the class attended last Commencement: Bingham, Gage, Knight, Howland, Junkins, Johnson, and Sanborn. enjoyed meeting old friends in '85 and incidentally discussed plans for our own gathering in 1937 judge Bing- ham has another grandchild, Helen Bing- ham Milne, born June 29, 1935, and named for her mother....... Several letters have been received from Winn lately. He is in much better health than for some time, wo more grandchildren are reported, am to his daughter Miriam: Keith Malcolm, born December 8, 1934, and Donald William, born March 18, 1935 A recent call on Ben Welch found him progressing from his illness of last spring. ......On August 31 Classmate Gage retired from the service of the Boston and Albany railroad. He has been in the civil engineering department of the road for 48 years.
