Jim Richardson and his wife, Louise, were injured in an automobile accident near Bennington, Vt., on June 25, while on their way to Pennsylvania. Jim sustained a fracture of the left leg and Louise painful head injuries. Both are on the road to a complete recovery. Jim was taken to the hospital at Hanover, and when seen, August 3, was in good spirits, making as fine a recovery as could be expected. Mrs. Richardson is convalescing at home.

Visitors in Hanover during the summer were: Charlie Cushman, Tim Lynch, Mrs. Lynch, Joe Gannon, Mrs. Gannon, Hobe and Minnie.

The Maine Alumnus for June in reporting a faculty performance of an opera entitled "Julius Caesar" says: "Caesar's stunning wife was gracefully played by Prof.Willard." A confidential report from our G- man confirms our suspicions. It was "Tony."

Birth: May 22, 1935, Peter Studley Beal, son of Arthur and grandson of Kenneth Beal, future secretary of the class of '57. My! How time does fly.

The artificial lake created on Reservoir Road in Hanover by the Hanover Improvement Society for a swimming pool and recreation spot has been appropriately named Storrs Pond.
