THE FOLLOWING is a brief paragraph quoted from a letter received by the Dartmouth-at-Moosilauke directors from one of the most loyal and idealistic of our alumni:

"I am enclosing my check for $10 for theMoosilauke project and wish that it weremany times larger, for developments upthere weigh much more strongly with methan bars in fraternity houses. If a boy onceacquires love of the wild he will never loseit throughout his life, and many, manytimes while in turbulent city life hismemories of the past and dreams of thefuture will be bright spots made possibleonly by his woods experience."
