Advance programs for Commencement June 14-17 will soon be mailed to all members of reuning classes, which this year include 1875, 1880, 1885, 1890, 1895, 1900, 1905, 1910, 1915, 1920, 1925 and 1930. The Fifty-year Class, this year 1885, will according to custom occupy the place of honor at the Alumni Luncheon to be given by the Trustees to the graduating class and alumni on Saturday noon, June 15, at the gymnasium. The principal events on the 1935 program follow:
Friday, June 14
Arrival and registration of alumni, Commencement guests, and parents of seniors.
Evening: Reception by President and Mrs. Hopkins for seniors and their guests, alumni, and faculty, to be followed by the Commencement Ball.
Saturday, June 15
Class Day exercises to be held in the morning, Alumni Luncheon at noon, followed by alumni parade to the Cornell baseball game in the afternoon.
Evening: Reunion class dinners and presentation of Pirates of Penzance, by The Players.
Sunday, June 16
President Hopkins' Baccalaureate address will be delivered in the morning, reunion class outings and picnics held in the afternoon, and a concert by the Musical Clubs in the evening.
Monday, June 17
Graduation exercises, including the conferring of honorary degrees, will be held in the Bema.
If the weather is fair the Commencement exercises will be held in the Bema for the fourth consecutive year. There is ample seating space for all who wish to attend and alumni are cordially invited.
