Harry Frost spent January and February in Florida. He reports a pleasant stay in the warmer southern climate, and he has been in the best of health since his return.
One of our city dwellers (guess which one) has written: "We shall probably beat the farm the greater part of the summer, and we are now in the throes of repairs andspring planting-trees, shrubs, flowers, corn, oats, etc. The cost of feed under theNew Deal has just about doubled in theyear, so we are trying to raise as much ofour 'grain as possible-probably a mistake, but, as the Japs say, 'He who rides thetiger cannot dismount: " Since he "cannotdismount," here's hoping that he will not ride for a tall, and we wish him an abundant harvest. We also wish him much joy on his hillside farm, two-thirds of which is forest, as he and his grandchildren watch the growth of trees, shrubs, flowers, and grain.
