Charlie Duncan is very proud of his three grandchildren, two of whom are shown in the above picture. Their sister is Barbara Brockway, eight months old, whose father is Rev. Walter P. Brockway. Dune's daughter Margaret is to be married this month (June) to Rev. Howard F. Short of Springfield, so Dune will have to watch his step with two ministers in the family.
A recent letter from Ted Leggett says:— "I have just had a fine visit ivith CharlieLittlefield, who is in New York attendinga meeting of the Grand Lodge of this state.With much difficulty I elicited from himinformation which I think the rest of theclass will be glad to know. A month or twoago, during March I believe, the GrandMaster of the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts conferred on Charlie, the GrandMaster of Rhode Island, the highly prizedHenry Price medal for distinguished service in Masonry. Charlie also has been president of the Rhode Island Baptist StateConvention for the past two years, and isslated for re-election the end of thismonth."
The Secretary met E. M. Gleason at a recent educational conference in Framingham, and we both had a very pleasant call on Israel Aubey and his wife in their attractive new home. It has been many, many years since Gleason and Aubey had seen each other.
Henry Crowley, for forty years Harry Goodall's most intimate friend, has been good enough to prepare the sketch of Harry appearing in another column.
Fred Lord has recently been appointed to one of the important committees in the Appalachian Club.
The '98 representatives at Harry Good-all's funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bartlett, Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Chandler, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Carney, Henry D. Crowley, Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Rodgers, E. W. Snow, J. R. Spring, and H. P. Patey.
