1. Ultimate dissolution of all national affiliations. 2. Appointment of fraternity adviser to direct local chapters. 3. Solicitation of alumni opinion through the Alumni Council. 4. Solicitation of undergraduate opinion, as President may devise. 5. If indictment seems convincing, abolition of national affiliations on a common date.
MINORITY REPORT
1. Retention of existing national affiliations. 2. Appointment of "Fraternity Supervisor" as officer of College. 3. Constant contact between supervisor and the chapters, alumni corporations, and national officers. 4. Attendance at Interfraternity Council meetings by supervisor. 5. Power of recommending fraternity improvements to be vested in supervisor. 6. Repeated failure by a fraternity to follow recommendations shall result in such action as President may deem wise and fitting.
