An article entitled The Logwood Tradein the Seventeenth and Eighteenth Centuries by Dr. Arthur M. Wilson has been published in Essays in the History of Modern Europe edited by Donald C. McKay, Harper & Brothers, 1936.

In the two-volume book on Biological Effects of Radiation, prepared by a staff of 46 specialists under the supervision of a committee of the National Research Council and just published, the chapter entitled Influence of Radiation on Plant Respiration and Fermentation was written by Professor Charles J. Lyon. Professor Lyon is also the author of Analysis of Osmotic Relations by Extending the SimplifiedMethod, which appeared in the January, '936 number of Plant Physiology.

Dr. William F. Diller is the author of an article Nuclear Reorganization Processes inParamecium Aurelia, with Descriptions ofAutogamy and "Hemixis." This article is reprinted from the March issue of the Journal of Morphology.
