Charles R. Partridge writes from Hastings-on-Hudson, N. Y.:

"I am home more or less all the time, andI am conducting a wholesale business under the name of the Charles F. PartridgeLumber Cos. I am also interested in a retail business in Long Island City under thename of the Amazon Lumber Corporation,of which my son, Mr. Henry M. Partridge,is treasurer. We are doing very well."

Davis has been in rather poor health all winter, and has been confined to the house most of the time.

Coburn has returned from Florida to his home in Amherst, Mass.
