The Langdon Springs were seen at the local performance of Hamlet which reminds us, we understand that Sleigh and Holden are sponsors of the "Opry" which comes to Boston early in April.

We have just learned, by round about means, of the deaths last spring of George Duncan in Minneapolis and of Howie Kerr in New York. Both were splendid fellows, and our heartfelt sympathies go out to their families. We were sorry not to have had sufficient data last year to write appropriate obituaries.

A welcome letter from Lyle McKown, partner in the insurance firm of Wirt, Wilson & Co., Minneapolis, is loaded with news from the Twin Cities. This hostelry has recently been completely renovated at a cost of over $450,000, and the cuisine, bar, and other appointments are worthy of your inspection (not an advertisement). Drenny Slater is a partner in the law firm of Nelson, Slater 8c Boodell, 105 W. Adams St., Chicago At the annual Dartmouth dinner in Boston last month "1925" had one of its largest turnouts, despite the unusual prevalence of flu and other seasonal illnesses. There were twenty-three present, including Doc Ralph Thompson, Russ Fox, Lane Goss, the Chamberlain twins, Lou Kimball, Johnny Garrod, Ralph Shineman, Frank Wallis, Lev Levinson, Don Hunt, Nate Bugbee, Whitey White, Bill Sleigh, Pete Haffenreffer, Pete Blodgett, Ken Nugent, Charlie Peterson, Charlie Haywood, Les King, and Ken Hill. We even took over excess space from neighboring classes (we won't embarrass them by naming them) to accommodate the overflow.

Just heard from Dick Gratz, city superintendent of Postal Telegraph in Denver, Colo. Dick has a two-year-old daughter, and likes Denver, although he misses the lakes of Minnesota. He has just returned from a business trip to Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico. He sees Dud Smith and Dud Green in Denver occasionally and reports them looking as pink-cheeked as when they roomed in So. Mass. Hall. I note his stationery invites in large letters: USE POSTAL. If all of you would do the same, we'd gladly print any news of the boys which you forward.

Secretary, 75 Federal St., Boston
