During the year your Secretary has called on Balch, Castle, Dewey, Hale, Holt, McIntire, and Snow; and Michael has called on him. How fine it would be to see all the others also! As you see from the Necrology, Snow will not be seen again.

Our sympathy goes with Browne in the loss of his leg by amputation. Happily he is making a good recovery. But he plans to give up his office as soon as he can clear it out, and to make 2013 New Hampshire Ave., N.W., his permanent address.

Michael and King are hard at in a correspondence chess game. Rumor has not yet disclosed who is the better man.
