Passing through Lancaster, N. H., the other day we called on Horace Holton. Horace, with two other Lancasterites (Gov Jordan and Musty Spaulding) blew out of the North Country into North Fayerweather freshman year and made life miserable for the rest of us tenants. Horace has lived in Lancaster all these years, where he is conducting an extensive real estate business. Gov Jordan continues to wear the judicial robes of the Probate Court for the district of Keene. Musty Spaulding hied himself to Texas years ago and entered the road and bridge contracting busimess lives at Mission, Texas, and is a member of the firm of Briggs-Darby Construction Company, and looks after most of the company's heavy construction, concrete roads and bridges.
While on this same tour of inspection visited with Hal Davison at Woodsville Hal reports having seen Bobby Bigelow recently and that Bobby still follows the same old candy game,—it's a grand old game, as Bobby will vouch for; also that Turk Turner called on him. Turk is comptroller of the Behr-Manning Cos. of Troy N. Y., and connected with them is the Norton-Pike Cos. of Worcester, Mass., and Littleton, N. H. Turk jumps from one to the others, is a busy man, and headed for the top. Good work, Turk.

Phil was a remarkable character, its unfortunate that he has gone.
Art Sterling writes from his home in Rockford, 111., where he is engaged in the investment and brokerage business, that he has nothing thrilling or exciting to report. However, we will quote: "Of my twooffspring, my daughter Kathryn is a freshman at DePauw University; my son Bill isin his second year of senior high. Hope hewill go to Dartmouth, but he seems atpresent to lean toward Illinois. Every oncein a while my wife and I journey to Chicagofor a dinner and show or a week-end visitwith Hugh Courtright and his wife. Oneof our forms of amusement has been totake a trailer trip to one of the Wisconsinlakes, Yellowstone, or the Grand Canyon. If it still holds together, or if we do nottrade it for something nuttier, we willtravel in it to the old college in 1940 forour 25 th."

A very flattering picture of Walt Meader apeared in a recent issue of the Boston Herald, in connection with the admission of the Tedesco Country Club to the Metropolitan Four Ball League. The article states, "Tedesco will furnish an able threat, since it can build its team around suchplayers as Meader, at al."
