ON THE EVE of the Yale game Stamford provided quite a program of entertainment for a large alumni group. Frank "Specs" Moore, Dartmouth end coach, Albie Booth, Yale's "Little Boy Blue," Warren "Speed Demon" King '37 and Al Hessberg, former Yale pigskin speed merchant, all were present and contributed to the merriment. Movies and sundry other features helped the program along and it was all very successful.

On October 30 New Haven held a meeting which was addressed by Ogden Miller, new Chairman of the Yale Board of Athletic Control. He was most interesting, presenting as he did the present Yale view of intercollegiate relationships in general and following his talk he answered question almost without reservation, thereby adding greatly to the general interest for the evening.

Hartford gathered before the Yale game at the Hartford Golf Club and a crowd of about thirty-five heard an excellent talk by Bill Kimball '28, official charter of football games for the coaching staff.

This completes the roll for October- more next month.
