Some of the best news that has reached your correspondent recently is word of die arrival on January 2nd of Elizabeth Francis and Anthony Harding, bouncing twins, to Frank and Betty Horan. John Rogers Horan, their brother, is just two years old. Your Sec. dropped in to visit with Frank at his office that same day and found pop "just waiting." Congratulations to the babes and affection from the class go to the Horans!

A new home at a Rutland Terrace, Worcester, Mass., houses the John Mc- Koans. John is one of the increasing number of Twoters who looks forward to the arrival of this MAGAZINE every month. Your Secretary wishes it was reaching all members of the class. Several men mentioned in recent columns have not had the pleasure (?) of seeing their names or activities in print, so how about asking the next Twoter you see if he has subscribed? It's not too late and he will receive all back issues.

From Manchester, N. H., comes word that our own Dick Willis has been elected president of the Manchester Dartmouth Alumni Association for the current year. Bob Booth is chairman of its executive committee.

Laurence (Camp) Campbell advises your correspondent that he is a trustee of his local Barre (Vt.) City Hospital. Camp is in the real estate business and lives at 50 Nelson Street there with Elizabeth, his wife.

The Bell Telephone Cos. of Penna. claims the allegiance of Harry Wellman at 416 Seventh Ave., Pittsburgh. Harry's recent note brought back memories of the time when he, Russ Putney and I "scrimed" dishes at the well known Daggett A. C. We broke only a barrel of dishes during a year—something of a record by comparison!

Haskell Cohn lives in Waban, Mass. and practices law in Boston. Along with one or two friends, he has recently purchased quite an acreage of farm land near Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.

Dick Wood tells of his Manchester (N. H.) contacts. He is the state supervisor of the Historical Records Survey, and with Ruth and Roberta, thirteen, lives at 656 Maple Street. He speaks of Louis Thomas who teaches history at the local high school and Nat Dodge who is a social worker.

At one of the recent weekly Dartmouth luncheon gatherings at Henrici's restaurant in Chicago, your Secretary had the great pleasure of chinning with Spic Saunders, Gene Hotchkiss, Cliff Clifford and Les Wagner along with several other Dmen.

Our New York scouts report that Merrit L. Smith is the advertising and sales promotion manager of Metal & Thermit Corp., New York City.

Congratulations of the class to Rex and Ruth Malmquist as the proud parents of Ruth Jr. born December goth!

Word comes to us that Phil Grant is now associated with the Deep Rock Oil Company at Tyler, Texas.

Charlie Throop is employed by Republic Steel Corporation at Youngs-town. Charlie and Lucille with Carol, three years, live at 194 Afton Avenue. Henry Painter, is also a Youngs-townite working for Sears Roebuck there.

Ozzie Siegfried is the owner of the Siegfried Construction Company of Buffalo, . Y. and lives in Hamburg.

Alonzo (A1) Curtis is president of the Electric Sorting Machine Cos. in Grand Rapids. A1 and Bessica live at 444 Morris Avenue with their two daughters, Patricia and Barbara.

Did you know that Winslow Morse is president and treasurer of the Peterboro (N. H.) Basket Company?

Gene and Jeanette Hotchkiss were hosts to your Secretary recently at their home in Highland Park, 111. The three of us sat on the floor for part of an evening around an old battered suitcase of Gene's full of mementos of '18 to '22. The button of a freshman cap; programs of certain initiations; a freshman poster; a 24-hour notice from Craven; schedules of semester marks; musical club and Players programs; theatre tickets; a fragile handkerchief; etc Probably a good many of us have a drawer or box full of similar tokens that we have not looked at for years. Take a tip and spend an hour or so tonight looking over some of that old stuff—it is almost guaranteed to bring back some very fond memories!

See you next month!

Secretary-Chairman, 517 Fifteenth Ave., Bethlehem, Pa.
