In the absence of exciting news from the 1907 front, it may be interesting to classify the activities of the class membership in a way that has not, to the knowledge of the present Secretary, been done before. Let's take a look at the professional men in 1907. The list may not be wholly accurate or complete but it is impressive. Following is a list of Medical Men in the class: (Most of them are M.D.'s, many of them are specialists, at least two of them are doctors of dentistry. The Secretary hopes to be able to report in a later MAGAZINE the particular character of each man's medical activity).
Doctors in '07
Blaisdell Cochrane Field, T. S. Fowler, E. B. Foley, E. L. Hammond Langill McKendree Mulvanity
Perkins, Ralph S. Reilly, T. E. Smith, M. K. Storrs, H. C. Tibbetts, A. P. Whitaker, H. S. Worthen Howard, H. D. Walker, W. D.
Do you realize how many Professors we have in 1907? In the following list of ten of them, the range of activity is wide and geographically extensive. If the Secretary is successful, it will be possible to present later a brief statement from each professor concerning his particular teaching assignment:

We are also well endowed with men of religion. It is impossible at this time to identify the denominational relations of each of our ministers but that too may be possible later.
Ministers in '07

Beals, Chas. E. Cone, J. H.
This is by no means the whole story of professional men in 1907. We have our engineers and our lawyers and our librarians. More about them in future MAGAZINES!
Charles McLane, son of Judge, has been much in the winter sport lime light this year. In an intercollegiate ski union championship at Norwich University, Northfield, Vt., on February 24, according to the Boston Herald, "Charley McLane and Roger Simpter, riding on wings of Hickory, carried the Dartmouth ski team to its sixth consecutive intercollegiate championship Big Chief in the Indians sweep to victory was the light-haired, versatile McLane, who led the pack in the nine-mile Langlauf and then jumped with sufficient finesse to win the combined event also All-around star of the meet without question was Dartmouth's McLane."
Fund Contributors for 1939 Contributors: 88 (53% of graduates). Total gifts: $2,277 (80% of objective). JOHN R. MCLANE, Class Agent.
