ACCORDING TO THE NEBULOUS by-laws of our association, monthly smokers are to be held the first Monday of each month, but running true to the Dartmouth form, we have them on occasion on every other Monday but the first.

On January 27 we drank beer and ate pretzels at Frank Cornwell's ('35) parents' home. We also had the pleasure of seeing the movies of the famed Dartmouth-Cornell game. Clark "union operator" Schmidt '33, handled the projector, and official comments were made by Harry Deckert '35, and Tiny Glazer '34. Unofficial comments were made by Tom Curtis '32 and Marty Kerwin '33. We enjoyed the movies up to the crucial fifth down and then were lost in a mass of legs and couldn't figure out how many downs had been played.

The Club is considering having the Glee Club in St. Louis again this year provided Ben Gutman '36, can make a good deal.

Lt. Phil Bassett '30, has joined us at our Saturday luncheons and is recruiting men for the Naval Air Corps. We were surprised to see Phil a second time because so many bald heads and dissipated faces around one table should have discouraged him the first time.

Our Saturday luncheons are filled with talk of "arm-chair" skiers and football procrastinators. If you come to St. Louis, join us at 12:15 at the American Hotel and tell us what a skier you were at Dartmouth for we have no snow in St. Louis.
