A FEW DAYS prior to the publication of these notes we will have presented the Glee Club and Barbary Coast Orchestra in Reading. The committee in charge included Carl Erdman '37, Frank Tragle '30, Milt Schultz '30, Jim Rick '31, Tom McGrath '38, Chick Chickering '34, Lee Bausher '21, Charley Pyewell '34, Jack Loose '33, Dude Krum '38 and Val Klopp '09. We received excellent cooperation and support from all the other alumni in Reading, Allen town, Bethlehem and surrounding territory and your Secretary takes this opportunity to thank all of you for doing a swell job.

Colby Howe 'gB has left Bethlehem Steel to join the Marines and is now stationed in Philadelphia, while Johnny Mullen '3B joined the Army and is located at Indiantown Gap. Tom McGrath '3B became a proud dad in the middle of February and is still wearing a wide grin over his achievement. The baby's name is Peggy Ann and was born, of all places, in little old New York.
