AVERY DELIGHTFUL meeting was held in the home of Andy Marshall '22, Bethlehem, Pa. on the evening of December 22d.

Among the more important affairs taken up was the election of a new slate of officers for the coming year. After much deliberation and gang-busting, the following men were unanimously elected to office.

Pres.—James Rick 111 '31, Vice Pres.— Hugo Gumbart '16, Sec.-Treas.—Milton G. Shultz '30, Executive Comm.—Harvey Gray '19, Andrew Marshall 2d '22, Arthur Zulick '18, William Bucher '32, Robert Simonds '29.

In addition to the new officers, the following potential material for "Who's Who" were found draped over various chairs: Walt Bowlby '27, Louis Ekstrom '12, released by the courtesy of Mrs. Ekstrom on his wedding anniversary, Guy Melhorn, Lee Bausher '21, Bob Leigh '29, Martin Kleckner '42, and Dick Zulick, not so distant relative of "Al" Zulick '18.

Unfortunately for the group, we will no longer have with us Charley Stickney 'si, previous secretary and spark plug of the organization. We all wish him the best success in his new position with the Simmons Company in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

The next meeting will be held on Dartmouth Night at the Wyomissing Club in Reading, Pa.
